Grief Support Group is a ministry to those who are grieving the loss of loved ones, whether the loss is recent or many years ago. We will meet once a month on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm at the Forsythe church of Christ. Facilitators are Royce and Carol Ogle and John Dobbs.
All of you probably know someone who is grieving a loss and could benefit from a loving, caring, and understanding group of friends who have each had their own losses. Please let them know about GSG and, better yet, offer to come with them to the first meeting.
The program will feature local counselors and psychologists, videos by prominent writers and experts in the field of grief, testimonies by survivors, and most important, group discussion and support.
Please pray for us as we start this new program and that many people will come and begin their journey to healing from great loss. Our theme scripture is:
